Each and every year, a call goes out to all members to sacrifice some of their time to improve the game we love so much and it's that time of the year again.

The 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00AM Sunday 13th September 2009 at the Softball Park clubrooms.

If you want to have a say in the future of the league or your team, then don't feel afraid to nominate yourself and have that all-important say in the running of Baseball Tasmania.

The end result is that if we don't have people willing to volunteer their time to take up positions on the committee, Baseball Tasmania and the league will fold.

There are a number of positions available on the committee and if you feel you can commit to the undertaking of one of these positions, put your name forth:

We will also be looking for team managers to run the teams this upcoming season.  It will be the manager's responsibility to provide a representative for the committee so as their team has a voice in the league.  This representative can be the manager themselves or another team member.

There will be a BBQ after the AGM, so come along, get in the front door first for the 2009/2010 season and have snag afterwards.
